Mark Almeda Architects was established in 1995. The office has experience with residential, multi-family housing, religious, institutional and industrial projects. These projects range from large scale and highly technical laboratories, manufacturing and R&D projects for EMC2 and the Department of the Navy to extremely personal private chapels and historic homes.
The approach to all projects is simultaneously analytical and intuitive. Issues are addressed through a process of research, evaluation, design, representation and collaboration. The office encourages collaboration and consults with a wide range of professionals. The dialog with the client, consultants, contractor and other involved parties is essential to this process. The plans are worked out in detail and the projects are guided to completion. The result of this approach is characteristic architecture that has a strong aesthetic, contextual and technological signature.
Mr. Almeda has over 26 years architectural experience with licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mark has served on the Walpole Zoning Board of Appeals and Master Plan Implementation Committee.
